In most cases, our lip balms or other skin care items are non-returnable. If there is a problem with your lip balms or the packaging, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
Tote Bags in unused, unopened condition, may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with the Lip Balms or if you experience any kind of reaction or allergy, discontinue use immediately and let us know.
